Meet Our FertiCHAT Fertility Coach

Sylvana Lai:

I have been a registered nurse since 2004 and my experience has ranged from Emergency & Trauma, ICU and Radiology. In the last 15 years I have specialized in Fertility, 10 years of which I have predominantly worked side by side with the top specialists in NYC on treating male infertility. Over the years I have loved guiding patients with preserving their fertility or building the family they desire.

You don’t have to navigate your fertility journey alone. A fertility coach is here to help you understand your testing options, make sense of the results, and find a path that feels right for you. With compassionate guidance and emotional support, you’ll feel more supported as you navigate your personal path to parenthood.

Buy a coaching session, and we'll email you with instructions to schedule your appointment.
Schedule Your Session
Book with a specific coach or select the first available time that works for you. You may choose to do a phone call or Zoom video call.
Prepare for Your Session
Gather your test results and questions beforehand to get the most out of your time with the Coach.
Attend Your Session
Based on your preference, your Coach will give you a call or a link will be provided to join your session on Zoom.
